Gobi Manchurian



    Ingredients of Gobi manchurian :
  • 1 medium Gobhi (Cauliflower)
  • 1/2 cup Maida Flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp food color
  • 2 cups Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 cup finely Chopped Onions
  • 3 to 6 Chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • coriander leaves, spring onions for flavor or decoration

Preparation:
  • Mix maida, corn flour and salt using water to make the paste
  • Add food color to the mix
  • Dip the gobi pices in the paste and deep fry till you see golden brown color. Keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan and add the chopped ginger & garlic, chopped onions and green chili to it
  • Now, mix soya sauce, tomato sauce and aginomoto to it.
  • Add fried Gobi kept aside and mix well. Keep 3 to 5 minutes on low flame till you taste the smell
  • Add coriander leaves, spring onions to the dish for flavor or decoration
    and serve the gobi manchurian hot.
